The Baby Boomer generation has lived through an era of incredible change. We’ve seen the birth of rock and roll, the moon landing, the rise of the internet, and more technological and societal shifts than any generation before us. We’ve worked hard, played hard, and rewritten the rules at every stage of life. But now, as we enter our later years, many of us are facing a new frontier—one that feels uncertain, unfamiliar, and, frankly, a little daunting.

I know, because I felt the same way.

At 60, I wasn’t sure what aging was supposed to look like, but I knew I wasn’t ready to slow down. So, I kept moving—literally. I ran, I lifted, I stayed curious, and I kept working. Now, at 75, I’m still going strong in the gym, in business, and in life. What I’ve learned along the way is that aging doesn’t have to mean decline—it can mean growth, adventure, and a whole lot of fun.

That’s why I wrote Feelin’ Groovy: A Boomer Guide to Ageless Aging.

After a heart scare in my late fifties, at age 60, I made a life-changing decision to prioritize my health and fitness, embarking on a journey that transformed my body, mind, and spirit. Now, at 75, I'm sharing my story in Feelin' Groovy, an inspiring book that offers Baby Boomers and Seniors a blueprint for living a healthy, vibrant, and fulfilling life.

Conceived as a 55+ health and fitness guide, the book evolved into a deeply personal narrative after fellow Baby Boomers voiced their concerns to me about not only the physical, but psychological impact of aging. My lifelong cardiac arrhythmia was worsening with age but I found my decision to replace medication with an exercise regimen that included daily runs, and regular workouts, not only improved my health but boosted my self-image and mental well-being as well

In 2023 a new procedure made it possible to correct my heart condition, giving me a new lease on life. Now at 75 I'm an author and independent publisher while continuing to maintain my fitness regimen and lifestyle.
